Talk to your diary.
Start with hello.
A conversation, in ink. No perfect words needed.
Where your words go
What you send is answered by an AI service, and each message is also read by a safety check, only to decide how the diary answers. Those services keep what they receive under their own terms; refreshing this page does not erase what they were sent.
This page keeps the conversation in this browser tab only. A small cookie, which holds none of your words, gives this browser a random number that lasts a day. With it the diary counts your replies, and keeps a short note of each one: that number, an id for the request, when you asked, and a scrambled fingerprint of the conversation that can't be turned back into your words. Notes expire within two days and are cleared as later replies arrive. Unsent diary entries and attachments are not included.
Up to 10 replies a day, and on a busy day the diary may stop replying sooner. A reply that fails may still count. This is reflective support, not professional care.
Checking whether the diary can answer…
